The end of 2025 is fast approaching, and that means our annual Holiday Sync Up is coming up. This event has always been our most attended mixer as we gather one more time in 2025 and celebrate both the season and the industry we love.
This year we’re meeting on Tuesday, December 9 from 6pm to 9pm in the heart of Mission Valley at Novo Brazil Brewing.
Join us for a beverage to toast the holidays, and enjoy a buffet of tasty appetizers.
Plus, we’ve secured an area inside that features TWO big screens. We'll share recent work from our members - both video clips and BTS photos.

Please register in advance to allow us to provide a count to the location.
Advance registration: $25 for members, non-members, students and guests.
(Your ticket covers the cost of the food. Sorry, no refunds are available. If you are unable to attend, your ticket fee will become a donation to the organization.)
Same day registration: $35
This event is a No Host bar. SDMP members get a ticket for one drink on us.
Students are welcome. You must be 21 or older to purchase and consume alcohol.
Please register so that we can have a name tag ready for you and let our host know how many people to expect.

Novo Brazil Brewing Company serves the San Diego with five locations. We are visiting the newest location in the heart of Mission Valley.
Other locations include their original brewery location in Eastlake, plus Otay Ranch, Imperial beach, and Ocean Beach.

Show off your best work from 2025!
The location has two large screens. One screen will show your video clips, while the other will show your stills mixed in with some SDMP highlights and messaging of our own.
How to participate:
Send us a :30 to 1:00 clip of your favorite project from this year. It can be anything you worked on that you feel shows some of the best of what you can do.
Also, send us 5 to 10 production stills from 2025 showing us all the fun you had while working.
For the video clips, please send them in 1920 x 1080 resolution and as an MP4. We will also need the following information so we can include it on screen:
