Our September meeting featured local marketing leader, Reb Risty of San Diego-based REBL Marketing, and her tips and tricks for getting clients on board with video marketing. Reb shared her journey as a marketer and how she has come to use video in her company's work with clients. Chief among her tools are compelling stats and studies that any producer should have ready to make the case for investing in video content for marketing.

She also shared some recent work and discussed the process of developing content with clients, working through logistics and how the content created while filming lives on via social media and blog articles to get the most from the investment in a shoot day. And finally, we dove into a Q&A session that covered everything from AB5 and how (and how not) to pitch yourself to an agency for freelance work. Thanks to everyone who joined us!
